Multiple Data Sources
Our enhanced deceased database contains over 140 million names on deceased individuals dating back to 1937. The information is compiled from several sources including the NTIS, State and County Courts, and Probate sources. The database is updated on a daily/weekly basis with new and/or changed deceased records depending upon source.
Enhanced Information
We augment our deceased database with up to three addresses with available county information on a weekly basis as well. Many of our customers use the deceased file for suppression as well as to identify potential decedents within their portfolios for future probate recovery work.
Available Information
Most decedent records contain the following information:
- First Name
- Middle Name
- Last Name
- Suffix
- Social Security Number
- Street Address
- City
- State
- Zip-Code
- County
- Date of Birth
- Date of Death
- Verified Code
- Probate Case Number (for probate records)
- Probate Case File Date
